License:When you buy an item, you acquire the right to use that item; you're not actually acquiring the item itself. What you get includes a license directly from the author to use that item. This license also applies to you if you download an item that someone else has bought for you (because anyone downloading an item needs to be a registered member of EASIR). Licenza: Quando acquisti un articolo, acquisisci il diritto di utilizzare quell'articolo; non stai effettivamente acquistando l'articolo stesso. L'articolo software ti viene consegnato allegato alla mail con cui ti sei iscritto insieme al manuale di utilizzo; è inclusa la possibilità di assistenza remota sul primo setup sotware (manuale d'uso vocale e spiegazione).
Con l’accesso o il download del contenuto digitale acquistato il consumatore perde il diritto di esercitare il recesso dal contratto.
Il consumatore, pertanto, esprimere il proprio consenso in forza del quale accetta il fatto che, così facendo, perde il diritto riconosciutogli dalla legge visto la natura di bene digitale.
Rimborsi
Date le caratteristiche dei contenuti digitali, un rimborso o credito per un acquisto non viene concesso a meno che una delle garanzie fornite non sia stata violata, o un rimborso sia richiesto ai sensi delle Regole di Rimborso di EASIR o di altre leggi pertinenti sulla protezione dei consumatori.
